What Clients Say

“Every problem has the potential to be an opportunity.”

Fresh out of high school in 1997, Cal entered the oil and gas industry at Tornado Technologies Inc., a company started by Prism’s founder and former owner, Bob Rajewski. During his time there, Cal developed his hands on skills working through various roles and product lines, which over the years has contributed to his heavy involvement in the research and development of the different products that Prism now offers. Most recently, Cal has developed a new air assisted flare tip to address the shortcomings in current designs and was awarded a US Patent on Feb. 3, 2022.

Obsessed with improving Prism’s business processes and products, Cal oversees daily operations and works closely with the other executives to meet company goals, define strategies, and measure results. His tireless search for new ways to address issues and to better help the customer is what powers the continuous evolution at Prism.

“Chance favours the prepared.”

Luke has been in the manufacturing industry for most of his life; in 1985, his family established an industry-leading combustion company which sparked some of Luke’s past accomplishments. Luke’s previous careers and training include being a Firefighter, Incident Safety Officer, Solidworks 3D modelling/drawing, 0365, SBS help desk support, object orient coding training (MySQL/PHP basics), flight training, and experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver content. In the Rajewski home, family and business were always a part of dinner conversation; he and his family would converse about different problems and provide solutions to each other. This dynamic inspired Luke’s interest in drawing and modelling problems, which helped him solve issues virtually.

At Prism, Luke runs through scenarios to ensure his and his team’s decisions positively impact their customers. He takes pride in guiding his clients to their desired outcomes and states that it takes time to achieve positive results. Luke enjoys technology and the outdoors, from landscaping, building forts, and hiking; to playing Mario Kart with his children. Mr. Rajewski’s inspiration derives from preparation and anticipating the challenges ahead.
